The optional fully automatic control coordinates the central turning unit of BACKHUS Lane Turner and the material flow and controls parameters like moisture content or rotting state. Additionally, the turning unit can be operated via any modern computer while password protected.
The automated control helps the driver. He only defines direction and determines ideal speed and drum revolution.
The massive drum unit turning the material was already proven more than 500 times throughout the whole world. Thanks to the centrally fixated drum shaft the great power turns all kinds of material thoroughly in between the concrete walls at up to 2.000 m³/h.
Part of the individual solutions is not only the unique performance of the machine, but also the possibility to treat the material in existing halls in lanes up to 5,00m in width and 2,70m in hight.
Since indoor plants for turning technology are not being affected by environmental impacts, the feed of water and additives can be exactly coordinated. Thus, the final product obtaines a constantly high quality.
