Our website uses cookies to enable it to recognise when a particular individual or owner of a particular internet connection returns to our website a number of times. A cookie is a small text file placed by your browser on your hard drive in order to optimise your experience of our website and services. Cookies stored by us are usually ‘session cookies’, which are deleted when you finish visiting our website.

Some cookies pass on information in order to be able to recognise you automatically in future via the IP address stored in the cookie. The information thus acquired helps us optimise our service and provide you with easier access to our website.

You can adjust your browser settings to prevent the placement of cookies. You should be aware, however, that if you block cookies you may not be able to access some of the functions of our website.

Contacting us

On our website you can contact us either by email or by filling out a form. If you fill out a form the details you give will be stored to help us respond to your issue. We do not pass the details on to third parties or match the information to data that may have been collected by other components on our website.

Use of Google Analytics with anonymisation function

On our website we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter referred to as “Google”. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files that are stored on your hard drive and allow an analysis to be made of how you use the website.
The data generated by these cookies – incl. time, place and frequency of your visits and your IP address – are transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there.

On our website we use Google Analytics with the “_gat._anonymizeIp” feature, which means that Google abbreviates – and hence anonymises – your IP address within any member states of the EU or countries that are signatories of the European Economic Area Agreement.
Google will use this information to analyse your use of our site, compile reports on website activity for us and provide other services relating to website and internet use. Google will also pass this information on to third parties if required to by law or where these parties are processing the information on behalf of Google.

Google states that it will never establish a relation between your IP address and other information held by Google. You can adjust your browser settings to prevent the placement of cookies. You should be aware, however, that if you block cookies you may not be able to access some of the functions of our website.

Google also offers a deactivation add-on compatible with most popular web browsers. This add-on gives you more control over which data Google collects relating to the websites you visit. The add-on instructs Google Analytics’ JavaScript (ga.js) not to transmit to Google Analytics any information relating to the user’s visit to the site. The deactivation add-on for Google Analytics browsers does not, however, prevent information from being transmitted to us or to any other web analysis services that we may use. Further information on how to install the browser add-on is available from the following link:

Use of Facebook components

We place components of on our website. Facebook is a service provided by facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA.

Each time you visit a web page carrying one of these components the component causes your browser to download an image of the Facebook component. This in turn tells Facebook which particular page of our website you are viewing.

If you visit our website while logged on to Facebook the information gathered by the component tells Facebook which particular page you are perusing and links this information to your personal Facebook account. For instance, when you click on the Like button or post a comment, this information is transmitted to your personal Facebook account and stored there. In addition to this, the news that you visited our website is passed on to Facebook. This happens regardless of whether you click on components or not.

If you wish to prevent Facebook from transmitting and storing information about you and your activity on our website, you must log off from Facebook prior to visiting our website. Facebook’s data-protection notice provides more detailed information on this issue and in particular on the collection and use of data by Facebook, on your rights in this regard and on how to adjust your browser settings to safeguard your privacy:

External tools are also available on the market that enable you to use extensions compatible with all standard browsers to block Facebook’s social plug-ins:

If your application is successful, we may store the data you have given us in your employment file for organisational and administrative purposes. The law relating to the protection of data will be strictly observed.
